Perfect For Le Artiste Within
"First off, this palette is actually huge, I’m pretty sure it may be bigger than my head. It feels good enough to hold but can quickly become unwieldy if being held like the paint palette it’s modelled after. The pigments are beautifully rich, with the matte colours having a long-wearing, crease-free finish even without using an eye primer. The shimmer colours are beautiful, and also have a long-wearing finish, but do have a tendency toward creasing. These colours blend well, both the shimmers and mattes, and my favourite creation so far has been a Turquoise to Royal Blue with Navy Blue - like blending a wave onto your eyes.. Also, while I agree with most of the colour names (very basic yet accurate, such as “Red”, “Green”, or “Brown”), the “White” should really be called “Champagne”. While it is a shimmer colour, it looks gold when applied until/unless you put some gold down beside it. They would have been better off making the white a matte, or at least more like a silver metal than light gold. The included brush is in keeping with the theme (and completely adorable), but not very practical for application and had started to shed after the first use. In closing, 5/5 for the mattes, 4/5 for the shimmers, 3/5 for the brush, and 5/5 for keeping to theme. Would highly recommend as gift for someone who paints, novelty and quality in one."
Pigmentations are to die for
"My first time buying Glamlite, and girrrrllll I was amazed by the pigmentations. Ive struggled to find a really pigmented yellow, and this yellow pulled through amazingly. Shimmers are buttery which I love. No fall out which is awesome. I love all the shades AND I already bought some more Glamlite palettes."
