How can I contact you?

You can use the Contact form, email me at sam@discountbeautyboutique.com.au or private message on Facebook. Please allow up to 48hrs for a reply Mon-Fri. If you have sent your message on the weekend, I will respond on business days.

 

Do you have a phone number?

No, I don't have a contact number as I am just an online store. All communication is via email. 

 

Do you have a store location? 

No, i am just an online store.  

 

Can I pick up my order?

No sorry, I do not allow pick up of orders as I am just an online store.

 

Where do you ship?

I ship orders Worldwide.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes i can combine shipping. If you have made two separate orders on the same day and want them combined, please email sam@discountbeautyboutique.com.au ASAP. I am more than happy to refund the difference in postage and combine into one parcel. If you have already received your tracking number, then i am not able to combine your order sorry, as i would have packed it already.


Where do I enter a coupon code?

Coupon codes are entered at final steps of checkout. A box will appear for you to enter in your code.


I forgot to add my coupon, how can I fix this?

Unfortunately once an order is placed it can not be amended to add a coupon code.
 

My delivery is late or arrived broken (Australian Customers):

If your order has past their scheduled delivery date by 3 working days, you will need to lodge a missing/late inquiry with Australia Post herePlease note this can take Australia Post up to 10 working days to investigate

In the unfortunate event that you have received items damaged, you will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post. For information on how to apply for a claim, please click here. Alternatively, if you require further assistance you can email me at sam@discountbeautyboutique.com.au

 

Payment Methods

All prices are quoted in Australian ($AU) dollars.

We accept payment by Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card, Afterpay & zipPay. We ensure your purchasing security with PayPal secure shopping. 
If you opt to pay with Bank Deposit, the deposit must be made immediately with payment clearing in our account within 2 business days. If payment is not made after these terms your order will be automatically canceled. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared in my account. Note: Bank Transfers can take the bank 2-3 business days to process and 3 business days if transfer is made over the weekend (Fri-Sun). Order will ship once transfer has come through.

 

*International Customers easiest payment method is PayPal, as bank transfers can be tricky between International accounts as our banking systems work differently. You don't need to be registered to use this service, it allows you to pay securely using a debit or credit card. 

 

Are your products authentic and genuine?

Yes, all products are 100% authentic and genuine as I am an Official Retailer for all the brands I stock. Products are delivered to me direct from the brand and or their distributor.

 

A product is out of stock. When will it back?

Any product marked as out of stock will be back in as soon as the item is available from the manufacturer or supplier. Due to shipping times and delays from suppliers, I can not give a definite time frame of restock. Please don't email asking when an item will be back as I honestly don't always know and don't have an ETA to provide. I have a wait list system in place where you can sign up on the product page of the out of stock item and you will be notified by email when an item is back in store :)

 

An item was in my cart then it says sold out?

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

Do you offer MUA/Industry discounts?

Do you offer pre-order?
Yes, some items can be pre-ordered and you will be advised upon checkout in your order summery. Pre-order shipments are anywhere from 7-40 business days for dispatch. If you have purchased other items with a pre-order, all items will be shipped out together once pre-order items arrive.

A product swatch looks different on my phone or laptop?
Colours vary on all screens and devices. They can be different on mobiles, computers and tablets. Its best you research online to look at different swatches so that you can select the correct colour of products.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered? 

Transit times vary across Australia. Below are examples of Australia Post approx transit times within Australia:

Standard Shipping: 1-7 working days. 

Express Shipping: 1-5 working days.

International Shipping

We post internationally offering Air Mail, Tracked Post and Express Post which is calculated by weight as per Australia Post's pricing guidelines. International shipping delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you have chosen. 

Examples below are approx International delivery times. We are not responsible for any customs clearance or delays. 

 

Air Mail: 5-28 Working Days - No tracking with this service.

International Tracked: 3-7 Working Days - Tracked through Australia Post website.

International Express: 2-3 Working Days - Tracked + Signature on delivery.

Taxes & Duties


All prices on Discount Beauty Boutique are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Discount Beauty Boutique are not responsible for such charges.


Can I track my order?

 

Australian Customers: Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking information. Once Australia Post collects the orders from me, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which has another tracking link. You can track orders via Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.  

Note: For shipping inquiries once your order has been shipped (eg delivery day etc), you will be emailed updates by Australia Post on its progress and scheduled delivery day. You can also check its progress from your tracking link. 

International Customers: If you have chosen a Tracked Shipping service then you will be provided the same links to track your order.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes we deliver to PO Boxes.
