Due to the QLD Labour Day Public Holiday, orders placed after 10am AEST on Friday, 28th April 2017 will be processed & dispatched from Tuesday, May 2nd 2017.

 

I pack your orders securely and carefully so that you receive your items in the same perfect condition they left. Orders are shipped within 24hrs* Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays). 

 

Australia: 

I ship your orders using Australia Post eParcel Service. I provide you the highest service that includes: Detailed Tracking, Signature on Delivery and Insurance Cover Australia Wide on both the Standard & Express shipping at No Extra Cost for these extra service inclusions! You will be updated by Australia Post via email of your order progress, their scheduled delivery date and once it has been delivered.

Insurance covers your parcel for any loss or damage that is caused in transit by Australia Post. If by chance, your parcel does get lost or your item/s arrive broken, you can submit a claim with Australia Post for the loss or damage. For information on how to apply for a claim, please click here.

Australian Shipping Options: 

 

Standard Shipping - starts at $7.50 includes Tracking, Insurance Cover + Signature on Delivery.

Express Shipping - starts at $8.80 includes Tracking, Insurance Cover + Signature on Delivery.

Free Shipping for $99+ - ships by Standard Shipping. It still includes Tracking, Insurance Cover + Signature on Delivery. If you wish to use Express Shipping, it is still offered at checkout.

All shipping costs are calculated by weight and provided at final step of checkout. 

 

Australia Post approx transit/delivery times within Australia:

 

Standard Shipping: 1-7 working days. 

Express Shipping: 1-5 working days.

*Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. These time frames exclude Public Holidays and Weekends. 

 

Order Tracking:

Australian Customers: Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking links and information. Once Australia Post collects the orders from me, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which has another tracking link. You will be updated by Australia Post via email of your order progress, their scheduled delivery date and once it has been delivered. You can also track orders via Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.  

International Customers: If you have chosen a Tracked Shipping service then you will be provided the same links to track your order.

 

Late Delivery or Broken Item (Australian Customers):

If your order has past their scheduled delivery date by 3 working days, you will need to lodge a missing/late inquiry with Australia Post here. Please note this can take Australia Post up to 10 working days to investigate

Authority To Leave:

Australian shipping includes Signature on Delivery. Discount Beauty Boutique take no responsibility for parcels that may go missing when customers request to leave unattended and have no Signature on Delivery. Requesting this option is at your own risk.

 

Returned Article:

Discount Beauty Boutique can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If your parcel does get returned due to providing an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed at the Post Office, you will incur a return to sender fee that Australia Post charges me. You will also have to pay a postage fee to have the parcel returned to you.

New Zealand:

Standard Air Mail starts from $5.50. We also provide the option of Tracked, Express and Insured Post. All shipping options will be provided at checkout.

Free Shipping for orders $99+. This is shipped by Standard Air Mail. 

Insured Post is an option that covers your package for any loss or damage. If you don't choose this cover, unfortunately you can not put a claim in and we can not replace any items that may have been lost or damaged. 

 

All Other Countries:

Shipping to all other countries starts from $8. We provide the option of Standard Air Mail, Air Mail + Insurance, Tracked and Express.

You will see your shipping costs prior to payment, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered the Shipping method choices and their prices.

Insured Post is an option that covers your package for any loss or damage. If you don't choose this cover, unfortunately you can not put a claim in and we can not replace any items that may have been lost or damaged.  

Examples below are approximate International delivery times. We are not responsible for any customs clearance delays or delays with the postal service. 

 

Air Mail: 5-14 Working Days. No tracking with this service.

International Tracked: 3-7 Working Days. Tracked through Australia Post website.

International Express: 2-3 Working Days. Tracked + Signature on delivery.

 

Please note that Shipping of Nail Polish can not be shipped Internationally at this time due to a change in Australian Customs Law.

 

Shipping Cutoffs for Daily Dispatch:

Monday - Friday: Order before 10am AEST*

Saturday - Sunday: Closed, orders will be shipped next business day.

*Note: During my busy periods, please allow up to 48hrs for order processing and to receive your tracking information. 

 

Combined Shipping:

I can combine shipping in some cases if you have made two separate orders on the same day. Please email sam@discountbeautyboutique.com.au ASAP. I am more than happy to refund the difference in postage and combine into one parcel.

If you have already received your tracking number, then I am not able to combine your order sorry, as I would have already packed it.
