Returns

 

Policy

  • Please choose your items carefully as we can not offer refunds, store credits or replacements due to ‘change of mind’ purchases.
  • If a product has been opened, used and tested then a store credit note or exchange cannot be given. 
  • The policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase.
  • For hygienic reasons I do not accept returns on used makeup products and brushes.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty brush, it must be unused and in original, unopened and resalable condition.
  • Any faults must be advised of upon receipt of your package. No returns are accepted on brushes that have been used and or washed then deemed faulty.
  • Returns will be issued as a Store Credit.
  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • No returns on sale items.
  • Postage associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping of an exchange item is also at the customers expense.

 

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items.
  • I will send you an email with the details of your processed return and credit voucher.  

     

    Exchange

    • We will exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, not used and in its original condition.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
    • Please pack the products safely to ensure no damage during transit. I am unable to process refunds on stock damaged in transit back to me. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. I suggest you track your return, as i am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and can not process any returns if I do not receive the item.

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed less postage costs.

    International Return Policy

    Please choose your items carefully as unfortunately i do not offer returns for International orders.

    We are also not responsible for any taxes, duties or postage/clearance delays. Please check with your local customs office to ensure your order complies with local customs regulations.
