- Please choose your items carefully as we can not offer refunds, store credits or replacements if a product has been opened, used and tested.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of date of purchase.
- For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on any opened or used makeup products, nail polish, hair dye, hair products, skin care, face products, brushes, brush sets, sponges, candles and jewellery.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty brush, it must be unused and in original, unopened and resealable condition.
- Any damages/faults must be advised of upon the day of receipt of your package with clear photos of the damage/fault emailed to email@example.com and it will be assessed to see if deemed faulty. Outer packaging of an item or cracked internal mirror of a palette is not deemed as faulty goods if the outer box has damaged or slightly squashed in transit, only if the actual product has arrived damaged; eg broken eyeshadow, highlighter, bronzer, leaking product etc. If faults are advised after this date we are not able to accept the report. If faults are advised without images we can not accept the report. If product has been discarded before advising us of an issue without any images taken, we can not accept the report.
- Eye/Lip Pencils are only deemed faulty if the product is a retractable pencil and the product has broken when twisting the pencil on first use. Sharpenable liners are not deemed faulty if the product tip is not showing out of the opening point. The product will require a slight sharpen to expose the tip.
- Makeup Cases are not deemed faulty if there are slight marking on the case or inside of the case. If the case has arrived broken eg: cracked or a broken latch then we will require photos to assess the damage.
- No returns are accepted on brushes or beauty sponges that have been used and or washed then deemed faulty.
- LED/UV Nail Lamp globes that stop working after more than one use, are not deemed faulty and can not be replaced. If by chance a globe did not operate upon arrival, then a replacement globe will be provided.
- No returns on sale items.
- Postage costs associated with change of mind returns are at the customers expense.
- A 20% (of the full purchase price) restocking fee applies.
- We will exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, not used and in its original condition.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
- Please pack the return products safely to ensure no damage during transit. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges on stock damaged in transit back to us. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. We suggest you track your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and can not process any returns if we do not receive the item.
- Returns are issued as a Refund or Store Credit, you may decide what you would like.
- Store Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Postage associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipping of an exchange item is also at the customers expense.
- Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of collecting your return from our PO Box.
- We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and credit voucher/refund.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item, please email us with the product details. If you wish to return the item to exchange for the correct one, postage costs will be covered by us. We will email you a return label to send the item back.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your credit/refund will be processed less postage costs. If a product is not deemed faulty after inspection, it will be returned to the customer.
