In the event that Discount Beauty Boutique has mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to error or technical errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Discount Beauty Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Discount Beauty Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Discount Beauty Boutique may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Discount Beauty Boutique.
Discount Beauty Boutique does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Discount Beauty Boutique is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Discount Beauty Boutique reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Discount Beauty Boutique in its sole discretion.
- All coupons are one-time use only, unless otherwise stated.
- Coupon amount does not include delivery charge if order under Free Shipping minimum.
- Creating a new account to re-use a coupon will not be accepted.
- Only one code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
- Coupon validity is limited and differs for each coupon.
- Discount Beauty Boutique reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Coupons for any reason, including due to: Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or coupon use; coupon abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers to re-use a coupon; or coupon used in bad faith.
- Free Gift with purchase will apply once your order reaches purchase minimum. If you apply a coupon code and the order then falls below the free gift minimum purchase, the free gift will no longer apply to the order and will be removed.
The delivery times provided by Discount Beauty Boutique are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. As we provide free Transit Cover Insurance in our Australian shipping all claims for loss or damage must be submitted to Australia Post. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Discount Beauty Boutique can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If your parcel does get returned due to incorrect address or because it was unclaimed at the Post Office, you will incur a return to sender fee that Australia Post charges us. You will also have to pay a postage fee to have the parcel returned to you.
If you choose not to have your package returned, refund will be less postage, return fees and a 20% restocking fee.
Discount Beauty Boutique can not be held accountable for an incorrect address being submitted on your order. Confirmation of your details is given on the check out page before submitting your order. If you have submitted an order with an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@discountbeautyboutique.
Discount Beauty Boutique can not be held accountable if you select the non tracked international service. Discount Beauty Boutique are not held accountable for any lost packages in transit.
Any damages or faults must be advised within 24hrs of receipt of your package with clear photos of the damage/fault emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be assessed to see if deemed faulty. If faults are advised after the timeframe we are not able to accept the report. If faults are advised without images we can not accept the report. If product has been discarded before advising us of an issue without any images taken, we can not accept the report.
Australian Customers: If by chance, your parcel does get lost or your item/s arrive broken, you can submit a claim with Australia Post for the loss or damage. For information on how to apply for a claim, please click here.
International Customers: If you have selected an Insured Post option and if by chance, your parcel does get lost or your item/s arrive broken, you can submit a claim with your local Post Office for the loss or damage. If no insurance is selected, Discount Beauty Boutique will not be held accountable for late deliveries, lost articles or damage relating to late deliveries.
Taxes & Duties
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Discount Beauty Boutique or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Discount Beauty Boutique without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
We make every effort to accurately display the image colours for our products. Every effort is made to source or create the best possible swatch. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor/phone/ tablet screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. All monitors display colour slightly differently, and they are not generally colour-calibrated for faithful reproduction. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
Please choose your items carefully as we can not offer refunds or replacements due to ‘change of mind’ purchases.
If a product has been opened, used, tested and is not faulty upon arrival then a store credit note, refund or exchange cannot be given. The policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. No returns or refunds are accepted after the 30 day period.
For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on unopened or used makeup products, nail polish, hair dye, brushes/sets and sponges. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty brush, it must be unused and in original, unopened and resalable condition. No returns are accepted on brushes and sponges that have been used and or washed then deemed faulty. Makeup Cases are not deemed faulty if there are slight marking on the case or inside of the case. If the case has arrived broken eg: cracked or a broken latch then we will require photos to assess the damage.
Any damages must be advised on the day of receipt of your package and will be assessed to see if deemed faulty. If faults are advised after this date we are not able to accept the report.
A 20% (of the full purchase price) restocking fee applies.

Damaged Goods After Use
Our policy on returns and refunds does not cover any damage resulting from misuse of the product. It is important to carefully follow the instructions provided on the packaging.
