"The formula for the Hydra Mattes is definitely the best I've tried thus far - it's drying (as all liquid lippies are), but only to a small extent. It's still comfortable to wear, and when you smack your lips together, it has somewhat of a 'sticky' texture. I prefer this formula over the Kylie Lip Kits and Stila Stay All Day liquid lipsticks, which feel like cracked paint over the lips and flake easily. As for the shade 'Iced Mocha', this made me look like the undead when matched with my olive/medium tan skin tone. The shade 1995 suits me way better than this one, so I'll give this shade a pass!"
