Swatch: Essie 2014 Neon 'Too Taboo'
Hi guys!
Today i have one of Essie's new 2014 Neon polish to show you, this is 'Too Taboo'. Its a gorgeous bright fuchsia creme. I used 2 coats in the picture below. This does dry matte as all neons do, so i applied one coat of CND Air Dry top coat.
